This knowledge gives us the ability to confidently identify the total amount of repair costs caused by the damage that will be used to negotiate a higher settlement cost with the insurance company.

Creating a total loss inventory can be an overwhelming and tedious process by itself, let alone after a disaster occurs. It can be tempting to simply accept the insurance company’s list to avoid any headaches. To avoid this problem, we create a total loss inventory for you, including all furniture and contents that may have been damaged. Like the repairs estimate, our inventory list is then compared with the insurance company’s list and negotiated to your benefit.

To help with this, we work to get to find a similar home in your area that will meet all your accommodations for the duration of your stay.
